Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in delivering high-quality apparel including t-shirts and sweaters. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Return

We only accept returns in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, customers are required to send clear photos and videos of the defect to our support team. Our team will review and verify the issue. If approved, the product will be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Approved defective products will be replaced with a new item of the same model and size.

The replacement product is thoroughly inspected by our quality control (R&D) team before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Final Sale Terms

Once a replacement has been provided:

• No refund will be issued
• No exchange will be accepted
• No further return requests will be entertained

Products that are not defective, or issues reported after the specified time frame, will not qualify for replacement.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. Any signs of wear or misuse will void the replacement eligibility.
